Only Then...
When my stomach is as swollen as
the bright white moon,
When their fluids have all but
drained away.
When my eyes lack the hunger
they once craved before,
Only then can my beast become caged
'Til the night the silver light
shines into my eyes,
'Til my howl can be heard
for miles.
'Til the time, yet again, where
I stalk, crouch and leap,
Only then shall I walk free
once more.
