"Thanks for telling me Allysha," Flaiarus said. "It's great that soon the Spirit of the Dragon Stables will have more dragons to train, more dark-blue draconium dragons to train!"
"Yeah, I know Duplycatt and Starrstorrm will want to look after them, but it's Replikka's job!" Allysha replied.
"Anyway, do you wanna enter the race this afternoon?" Flaiarus asked with a mischievous glint in her green eyes.
"Well, I'm not too sure, I've got lots to do, chores and all that…"Allysha drawled sarcastically. "You know it's hard managing a stable and you keep on and on and on, but ok!!!" Her tone changed drastically as she agreed.
"Up Squire's End?"
"Up Squire's End."
"Gear?"
"Yup, and skill, speed, and a heck load of Mag-blasting!"
"Deal. Dragon?"
"I'm going with Galaxxi – Duplycatt's energy is down by 50% from helping Replikka. You?"
"I like Mydnyt's style – speed all the way!"
"Ok, get your saddle, helmet and gear, and we're off!" Allysha and Flaiarus punched the air in agreement.
Galaxxi was a dark-blue draconium biped dragon, like Duplycatt, her sister, from the same mother. Galaxxi's main strengths were speed, stealth, and camouflage. She was smaller than most of the other dragons in the stables, but she was the fastest. Mydnyt, on the other hand, was an Indigo Stealth-Class Dragon. These types of dragons could look like any other colour dragon, quadruped or biped, but the colours made it obvious. Mydnyt looked like an Orange Control-Class dragon, but he was nothing like the type. He was gentle, but had a thirst for power, which made him uncontrollable at times. Flaiarus was the only human he let ride him, so they made a fierce pair.
Allysha grabbed her helmet and went to find her mum, Lorrayne who she found in the 'Gear Room', trying out some blue balance gear on her male dragon, Manniphold. Her mum had never told anyone outside their crew the truth about Manniphold – that he was a chromatic dragon. Of course, he was in disguise of a purple pack-class dragon, but he had most of the colours on him. When he released his spirit, as did the other dragons, he became a truly powerful dragon, as powerful as Duplycatt in her Day Racer form, which gave you an idea how powerful she was as the Shaypchrax.
"Hey Mum, me and Flayr are going to the race this afternoon ok? We'll contact you when we get there – and tell Dad to bring the Gear Pods."
"Ok Allysha, thanks for letting me know." Her mum didn't turn from adjusting the gear. "There, what do you think? It suits Manni, doesn't it?" She turned round to find she was talking to thin air. "She's off again." She sighed.
